All Returns must be pre-authorized by North America Supply. Please contact a customer service representative if you have a problem with your order.

Returns must be received by North America Supply within 15 days of delivery date. North America Supply will not accept any retuned goods unless authorized in advance, and accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization number marked on the outside of the package. Unauthorized shipments will be retuned at the sender's expense. All products must be retuned in their original package and be in new resalable condition. Authorization must be obtained from Customer Service Department by calling 1-855-255-0871 or by emailing sales@northamericasupply.com. All authorized goods must be sent prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking fee charge.
The customer is responsible for charges that may be incurred upon refusal of a shipment. Original Shipping charges are not refundable.
